Rooted In HOPE

Healing Mind. Optimizing the Body. Purposeful Spirit. Energy Flow.

My Story

I am a Registered Nurse with a deep commitment to whole-person health and wellness across the lifespan. My healthcare journey began in 2008 through a high school health professions program and has grown into more than a decade of experience in gerontology, chronic disease support, elder care, and holistic nursing. I began my career in a skilled nursing facility, where working across multiple departments gave me a strong, systems-based understanding of patient care and the realities families face when navigating healthcare.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Towson University in 2013, became a Registered Nurse in 2015, and completed my BSN in 2017. I am currently continuing my education toward Nurse Practitioner practice, guided by a commitment to lifelong learning and expanded clinical expertise. Alongside my clinical training, I am a Certified Aging Doula, offering compassionate guidance and education to older adults and their families as they move through life transitions with dignity and care.

Driven by passion

My interest in holistic wellness began during my undergraduate studies through a stress management course, where I was first introduced to complementary and alternative approaches to health. Through personal healing experiences, I explored herbal medicine, yoga, meditation, journaling, and other mind-body practices, deepening my understanding that true wellness extends beyond physical health to include emotional, spiritual, financial, and lifestyle balance.

Today, as an RN consultant, I specialize in health education, care navigation, chronic condition support, and elder care guidance. I provide scope-appropriate nursing consultation, care coordination support, and holistic lifestyle education rooted in evidence-based practice, safety, and ethical nursing standards. I do not replace medical providers; rather, I help individuals and families understand their options, ask informed questions, and feel confident navigating complex healthcare systems.

At The Oasis of Hope Wellness Center, my mission is to offer clarity, support, and hope. I believe healthcare works best when people feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions that align with their values and long-term goals. Whether supporting an older adult, guiding a caregiver, or working with someone seeking sustainable wellness strategies, my role is to educate, advocate, and walk alongside you—helping you build a foundation for health that your future self will thank you for.
